Protective Industrial Products was formed in 1984 by Joe Milot and Wellson Tao in Albany, NY. What started as selling cotton lisle gloves for inspecting and handling small parts grew as demand for work gloves increased. Industrial Supply will perform a FREE protective glove and clothing audit that evaluates applications within your plant and discovers the PPE, medical, and indemnity costs associated with those applications.
We offer training through our gas detection suppliers which includes portable instrument operations level training, technician level training, confined space metering training, gas detection for the first responder, on-site custom courses, and “Train the Trainer”.
Industrial Supply conducts on-site seminars that focus on noise-induced hearing loss prevention in the workplace. The seminar includes on-site noise checks, training, and learning what hearing protection devices are required for specific environments.
We offer Confined Space Awareness and Respiratory Protection courses to refresh customers on the current NIOSH and OSHA rules and regulations, and can customize training to meet customer needs.
